This breath training is based on the SpiroTiger method. It is aimed at improving numerous functions of the respiratory system, such as its coordination, stamina, strength as well as the chest and spine flexibility. This method was devised at the Zurich University. Its wide application is its greatest merit. It is perfect for sportspeople, patients and, above all, those who take care of their health and are aware of the significance of breathing. Advantages are innumerable, so do not hesitate to check them on your own lungs.

The training is based on the rules of the Pilates method. It mainly focuses on improving flexibility and stretching the body. The main aim of the training is to increase mobility. We also use the rolling techniques.

Health-enhancing exercises for women, pregnant women and young mothers in particular. The training focuses on strengthening the spine, the abdomen and buttocks. Babies are warmly welcomed.

It is based on the Pilates method and run by a physiotherapist. It is targeted at both people undergoing therapy and those who suffer from musculoskeletal disorders. Exercises are carefully selected to suit individual needs of every participant.
WHEN - Tue 8am | Thu 9:30am i 6pm
It combines resistance training and body-conditioning workout. Through diverse exercises, it takes advantage of the body mass, TRX, Bulgarian bag and kettlebells. Great intensity leads to a large number of calories being burnt.
Its aim is to boost stamina and lose weight.

Training with elements of boxing and kick boxing, aiming at speed, coordination and the correct range of joint motion. It is recommended to everyone who needs a great amount of exercise and relaxation.
Its aim is to learn elements of martial arts, boost self-confidence, improve fitness and stamina.
WHEN - Wed 7 am
Kettlebells and your body mass are used in this training. It focuses on building up your strength, directed at harmonious development so that the effects and benefits resulting from the training had a holistic dimension, including correct posture, powerful legs, firm buttocks, strong and healthy back. It positively influences your sports performance.
The aim is to have a well-built shape, strong abdomen, fit body and to master a sophisticated technique.
