Training

Our offer includes both individual and group training. We draw on experience and cooperation between a personal trainer, a physiotherapist and a dietician. We apply knowledge gained during workshops and training courses. The training is based on the Strong First method, which focuses on strength as the fundamental motor skill forming the basis for other skills. We educate, provide incentives and motivate you to achieve your goals, believing that each of them is attainable. What is most important is to create a realistic plan of action.
“Dreams without goals are just dreams”.

TRAINING METHODS

We are one of few fitness centres in Poland whose instructors are qualified in all three training systems: Strong First, Flexible Steel and Ground Force Method. These play a key role in working with people whose fitness level ranges from elementary to advanced. The concepts of the above-mentioned techniques are complementary and make it possible for everyone to develop.

medical fitness training

Based on the principles of functional medicine, the medical fitness training is adapted to your therapy. It forms a link between completing the process of rehabilitation and returning to physical activities (e.g. skiing, playing football or running) or the regular training routine in both professional and amateur sports. The course and results of the training are regularly discussed with your personal trainer. The training plan is tailored to the client’s dysfunctions. This treatment is applied to restore the correct movement patterns and to treat the control disorders of the muscular and nervous systems. The training helps to recover completely, to live and do sports without pain.

hardstyle kettlebells

Workout with bell-like weights is based on the Strong First method and aims at finding weak points and muscle imbalances. It helps to build “rock-hard”, powerful muscles, so called “core” muscles, which are responsible for a healthy and strong spine. This fitness technique prioritises strength as the fundamental motor skill, which should be acquired by everyone. It re-educates how to develop proper movement patterns, which is a starting point for preventing sports injuries. This training can perfectly complement other activities and different types of sports. It is also an excellent tool for burning off excess fat.

Hardstyle kettlebells from a scientific point of view:

Russian scientists have conducted a number of experiments concerning the positive impact on the body of working out with kettlebells:

Luchkin (1947), Laputin (1973) – kettlebells improve coordination and agility

Zikov (1986), Griban (1990) – kettlebells improve general physical preparation and develop basic skills of professional sportspeople

Shevtsova (1993) – kettlebells reduce the normal resting heart rate to 56 per minute. The average blood pressure of a person exercising with kettlebells is 110/70 in summer and 114/74 in winter.

Voropayev (1997) – kettlebells improve physical coordination, reduce the adipose tissue and stimulates balanced muscle development.

Who can work out with kettlebells?

Everyone can work out with kettlebells, regardless of age, sex, professionally practised sports or the time span of training. What is interesting is that, in Hungary, it is recommended to work out with kettlebells after spine surgeries.

This training focuses on developing and building your physique. We lay emphasis not only on musculature (the ratio of the high or moderately high muscle mass to the low level of body fat). Unfortunately, trying to achieve an ideal physique, people tend to disregard other aspects of training, such as fitness and health. Such an approach can lead to injuries and different health problems. It doesn’t have to be like that. What is the essence of a perfect physique is fit and strong body. Therefore, we should start training from working on fitness and strength. A correct technique and properly selected exercises are key to achieve success. Do you want to improve your physique?
